REJBEN began its furniture manufacturing operations in 2002.
For over 20 years, we have specialized in the production and sale of kitchen furniture, wardrobes, sliding doors, and other cabinet furniture.
Our production facilities span an impressive 4,500 square meters, where approximately 100 professional staff members work daily. Furniture manufacturing is carried out using advanced Homag equipment, cutting machines such as HOLZMA HPL300, HPP350, and HPP380, edge banding machines Homag and Brandt (3 units), as well as CNC Weeke machines for milling and post-processing tasks.
Our production process is supported by software that optimizes cutting efficiency and accelerates milling and drilling tasks. We plan to expand our software capabilities further, aiming to optimize workflows, speed up processes, and simplify tasks for designers and engineers using the latest IT solutions. Currently, we are exploring the use of airTec and SealTec hot air seamless edge banding technologies and experimenting with 5-axis milling for furniture panels.
Thanks to extensive experience and powerful equipment, we guarantee exceptionally high-quality products. REJBEN is one of the largest custom furniture manufacturers in Lithuania. Around 80% of our furniture is produced for export, while the Lithuanian market accounts for 20% of our output.
Each month, we install an average of 140 kitchen furniture sets and around 320 wardrobes in clients’ homes, not counting bathroom furniture and other products. Our team of 20 installers ensures timely execution of even large-scale orders.
